The Agent Apprentice Program is a structured development pathway that takes you from Trainee → Apprentice → Certified Creator Manager within ESP.

Each stage focuses on real-world experience, professional learning, and personal growth.

Welcome and introduction to the ESP ecosystem and community culture.

Understanding TikTok LIVE and agency operations.

Training on community standards, communication, and creator ethics.

Setup of official ESP accounts and Discord access.

🔹 Stage 2: Education & Foundation Training

Comprehensive TikTok LIVE platform training.

Creator management fundamentals - recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring.

Understanding LIVE analytics, reporting, and content strategies.

Compliance, safety, and platform guidelines.

Soft skills development - leadership, empathy, and team communication.

💼 Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process ensures each apprentice begins their journey with clear understanding, purpose, and support.

🪶 Step 1: Application

Interested candidates apply through the official ESP recruitment form or via referral by an existing ESP member or by receiving an apply to join link from one of our certified mentors.

Applicants provide basic background details, interests, and reasons for joining the program.

🪶 Step 2: Review & Shortlisting

The ESP leadership team reviews all applications.

Selected candidates are invited for an informal introductory meeting (via Discord or Zoom) to discuss their goals, experience, and expectations.

🪶 Step 3: Interview & Induction

Shortlisted applicants complete a foundational orientation session to learn about ESP values, policies, and structure.

Leadership evaluates commitment, communication, and teamwork potential.

🪶 Step 4: Acceptance & Onboarding

Successful applicants receive their official ESP Apprentice Welcome Pack, including:
